He has successfully hired Managing Directors, Enterprise Tech Sales leaders, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Product Officers, Business Heads, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief HR Officers and Global Delivery Heads for Fortune 500 IT Products firms, Tech Start-ups & IT Services organizations. Special area of focus is Technology Product companies and startups.

Before joining WalkWater, he was responsible for leadership hiring in the Outsourcing and Offshoring vertical at ABC Consultants. He is a Commerce Graduate from St Xavier’s Kolkata and an MBA from IIPM Delhi. Gibin is also certified in Competency based Interviewing from Right Management
