I have been a part of HR Showcase since 2016 and each year the NHRD team surprises me with their ability to pull off such a great event . It not only encompasses a showcase of best practices, but also the knowledge sessions provide a wealth of knowledge. This year too I enjoyed the 2 days of learning. I look forward to the 11th HR Showcase and wish the NHRD team All the best!!! And the team at NHRD Bengaluru is also very proactive, thorough and supportive.
Bosch was pleased to take part in NHRD's HR Showcase- 2019, which was held in Bengaluru last year. Being in the two rounds of the competition was both challenging and exciting, and we finally won in the "CSR Best Practice" category for our flagship skill development program: BRIDGE. The most obvious advantage of participating in the HR Showcase, besides its vivacity and vibrancy, is the prospect to leverage NHRD's wide network of high quality professionals for potential CSR partnerships.
I have seen HR Showcase growing year by year in participation by all. It is a great opportunity for companies, start ups, academic institutions to showcase best HR and CSR practices. It is under one roof one can learn about new approaches, methods, techniques through applications and success stories. This is unique event where HR professionals, managers, CSR professionals, students, academicians and others interact with fellow professionals and learn more about practices displayed.
