Dr Vishal Shah is with Indegene as VP, Leadership & Organization Development.
Dr Vishal brings with him a judicious mix of corporate and academic backgrounds. A passion for people and people development is the common thread that runs through his career. Over a span of 22 years he has worked in industries like IT services, fintech and retail. He had handled diverse roles in HR, Sales and Consulting.
Dr Vishal completed his MBA as well as his Phd from IIM Bangalore. He has published in international journals and presented in international conferences worldwide.
