Chief Talent Officer, KYNDRYL
Chinni has over 25 years of work experience having started his career in Corporate Consulting and Corporate Finance with Arthur Anderson in New York. He joined IBM in 2003 and held multiple roles in the business domain. His tryst with HR finally happened in 2005. In his last role, he was the Chief Talent Officer of Kyndryl, where he was responsible for all aspects of Talent Management including the People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management with Skills & Careers, HR Learning and HR Data Analytics.
Chinni has championed the transformation and adoption of new age methodologies- at scale, driving enterprise-wide, co-created solutions. He has also pivoted multiple times both at a personal level and also at an enterprise level driving change.
Chinni strongly believes that it is the open mindedness and willingness to take those calculated risks that takes you places.
On the educational side, he has a Bachelors degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University.

Gaurav Lahiri is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting. He leads the Human Capital Service area based out of Delhi. He brings significant experience in consulting, focusing primarily on organization transformation, leadership development and M&A.
Gaurav works with clients to align their organizations with their strategic agenda – this includes reviewing strategies, designing organization structures, implementing talent management programs and formulating reward strategies to drive performance and motivation.
While Gaurav’s expertise is in Organization Effectiveness, he has also helped clients research and develop competency models for outstanding performance. He managed a seminal Indian CEO research study sponsored by Bharat Petroleum under the aegis of India’s Public Enterprises Selection Board and co-authored the book “The Indian CEO : a Portrait of Excellence” published in 2007.
Gaurav has authored several papers on Post Merger Integration, Change Management and has won several prizes and awards, including the McKinsey Best Management Paper of the year.
Human Resources Director, ONGC
Dr. Alka Mittal is former CMD and Director(HR) of ONGC, India’s National Oil Company. She was also the Chairperson of ONGC Group of Companies viz. ONGC Videsh, HPCL, MRPL, OPaL, OTPC, etc, having significant presence in refining, petrochemicals, power and renewables.
Dr. Mittal has the distinction of being the first woman to head ONGC - one of India’s most valuable companies. She had also become the first ever woman Functional Director of ONGC in its history, when she assumed the charge of Director(HR) in 2018. She superannuated from the services of ONGC in August 2022 after an illustrious career spanning more than 37 years.
Dr. Mittal is a post graduate in Economics, MBA (HRM) and a Doctorate in Commerce and Business Studies in the specialized area of Corporate Governance. She is also a Non-Executive Director Diploma holder - Pearson SRF BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma from FT, UK.
Group Head - Human Resources, Infosys
Krishnamurthy (Krish) Shankar is the Group Head of Human Resource Development at Infosys. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning employee experience and driving the talent and organization strategy.
Shankar has over 30 years of experience and has led HR functions in organizations like Bharti Airtel, Philips, Hindustan Unilever and Unilever. In his wide ranging experience in these organizations, he has facilitated transformation and capability development.
Shankar holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and has received an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a doctorate in Business Administration from Aston University.
Shankar is the author of ‘Catalyse – Power Up your People Ecosystem’, a much acclaimed play book for HR, blogs occasionally on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/krish-shankar-36666a12/), and is passionate about exploring new ideas in HR and organizational development and sharing them. A football enthusiast, he also likes trekking and running.
Krish is also a Trustee of Infosys Foundation. He was also the President of National HRD Network from 2019-21, a not-for-profit professional body for the HR community in India.
