Dushyant Sapre is the Founder and CEO of Swish Club, India’s first “Employee Savings Platform”. With Swish Club, he and the stellar team are re-imagining the total rewards landscape and taking it beyond insurance, R&R to exceed expectations of the modern workforce of India, all while helping Employees maximize tax savings.

After spending 12 years abroad and armed with expertise in building global businesses and high performing teams, he has returned to India to build a high impact platform. Over the past two decades he has built his forte in Enterprise digital transformation by establishing and leading diverse range of businesses such as Cloud Platform at Google across South Asia, Ecommerce Advertising at Criteo as the JAPAC Managing Director, Mobile Gaming at Twitter as the APJ Managing Director. His entrepreneurial journey started with TinyWhale in 2021, a modern ERP for after school activity businesses in the US which he successfully sold to a larger US outfit in 2023.

Dushyant did his Engineering (Mechanical) from IIT Delhi and MBA (General Management) from INSEAD.
