Dr. T. V. Rao, Professor, Author and Consultant  carries with him over 55 years of impactful contributions. Currently serving as Chairman of T VRLS, he was associated with  Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad as a Professor between 1973 and 1995 and thereafter as Visiting Professor, Society and Board member until 2018. Founder and First President of the National HRD Network, he also established the Academy of HRD, India. Collaborating with Harvard's David McClelland, he pioneered HRD practices, co-founding the first HRD department at L&T and subsequently the Center for HRD at XLRI as L&T Professor of HRD. A prolific author of 60+ books, his HRD Audit methodology evolved into the HRD Scorecard. Recognized with the "Ravi Matthai National Fellow" title, Dr. Rao's visionary leadership has left an indelible mark on the global HRD landscape.
