Tarun is the global HR Leader for Royal Dutch Shell’s Technology organization, which comprises Teams of Scientists, Technologists and Engineers, spread across key hubs including Houston, Boston, Rio, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Bangalore, Shanghai. He is responsible for the strategic People agenda that helps in powering progress together through more & cleaner energy solutions with Technology, Innovation, Research & Development. He was previously the VP-HR for Shell Group of Companies in India .
