Radha Rajappa is an entrepreneurial business leader with 30+ years of experience in the Technology industry, handling diverse roles of creating, nurturing and leading new age businesses.

Radha is a hungry and Authentic leader who has hyper scaled several Digital and Technology businesses at Mindtree during her 16year stint. She has worked with global technology giants IBM and Microsoft, both in the respective hyper transformative years.

Constantly evolving herself, while shepherding people and organizations through storms and strengthening them in the process, she is playing a multifaceted role today.

She serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Bata, Zensar Technologies and Kfintech bringing and guiding the firms in strategic direction.

Radha is deeply involved in early-stage Tech startups helping them navigate the constantly changing paradigms of business. As the Executive chairperson of the Industrial AI startup Flutura, catalyzed a prestigious and deeply valued exit to Accenture. Also, at Vunet Systems, she gives hands-on-guidance to create a new business category of Business Journey observability in the AI ops domain.

Radha is also a passionate Executive Coach helping professionals sharpen their innate potential to deal with change and realize their true potential.
