Pravin is the Co-founder & Group CEO of BetterPlace, Asia’s largest SaaS and frontline workforce management platform. Looking at the inadequate attention given to the blue-collar sector and the large demand and supply gap that has been left unaddressed, Pravin co-founded the company in 2015 with a mission to build a better world for the frontline workers across the globe. Through the years, Pravin has carefully built a team of purpose driven people who aim to achieve the collective vision of the company and work towards a bright future for the blue-collar ecosystem.

Pravin has always been interested in solving problems being faced by enterprises when it comes to their workforce and business management. Before co-founding BetterPlace, Pravin was the Vice President and Global Head of Business for SAP Business ByDesign, a cloud ERP product. Through his professional endeavors, he has gathered 20+ years of experience in SaaS, Cloud Strategy, CRM and People Management. His love for finding solutions through tech has also placed him in a dual role of being an investor and an advisor in several tech-startups.

Pravin’s dedication and hardwork to solve the problems of enterprises and frontline workers has already started showing results and is paving the way in revolutionizing the frontline industry. In the last 6 years, Pravin and his team have been able to provide benefits to over 30 million frontline workers across 1100 enterprises in India, Southeast Asia, and GCC Countries. He has been instrumental in bringing about a digital adoption revolution among enterprises for managing their frontline workforce.

Pravin graduated from Assam engineering college, Guwahati in 1996 with a BE degree in Electronics and Telecommunication. He has also completed an Executive Management program in Innovation and Global Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru and an Executive Management program in Innovation from Indian School of Business.
