Manas Dasgupta is the Founder – CEO of Talent Solutions and Products Startup, Teksands and EdTech Platform, Code4X.dev. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Manas had a 20+ year Corporate career in IT, associated with some of the largest names in the world of Finance and Banking. His last corporate stint was of 9 years heading ANZ Bank’s Wealth Management Technology team in Bengaluru.

Manas is also the Chairperson of the IT and Cybersecurity Expert Committee of the Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) for the last 6-years contributing to the IT Industry.

Manas is a passionate champion of Diversity and Inclusion and has actively led various inclusion initiatives for ANZ. Manas also contributes actively towards the curriculum upliftment in Computer Science Engineering in Academia through collaborations with the Govt of Karnataka, Department of Technical Education and VTU, Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Manas keeps his time beyond professional activities occupied with continuous technology learning and has recently completed his Masters in Artificial Intelligence and he has his Courses published on various Global Platforms.
