Swadesh heads the People and Administration function in Titan Company Limited and holds the position of EVP and Chief People Officer.

He is a seasoned HR leader with a rich experience focused on driving business results through designing and implementing winning HR strategies.  His areas of expertise include building leadership pipeline, developing top talent, succession planning for critical roles and helping organizations grow and thrive. He has previously worked in leadership roles with large Multinational and Indian organizations like Boston Scientific Corporation, Merck, Ranbaxy, Coke and Tata Steel.

He has completed his Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (T.I.S.S), Mumbai and Post Graduate Degree in Sociology from the Central University of Hyderabad.
