His core skills in human capital strategy & management, growth enablement, leadership & talent development, opitmizing talent supply chain, and service delivery have shaped many businesses and strengthened the collective health of enterprises he has been associated with during his career.

Prithvi has over three decades of experience from working in leadership positions at various Multinational organizations like AT&T and Singtel to establishing successful startups including NetCel360/VSource and Cocreate Tomorrow which later merged with entomo.

While Prithvi worked as a Partner at Accenture shaping strategy and ensuring execution, enhancing maturity of policies, processes, practices and platforms impacting leadership, talent and culture, as the CHRO at HCL Technologies he played a pivotal role in resetting of the talent strategy with the strategic intent of putting “Employees First, Customers Second”, seeding, nurturing and harvesting Ideapreneurship to multiply profitability and innovation.
