Abhishek Ranjan is the Global Head of Administration, ESG, EHS, CSR, and D&I at Brillio. He is responsible for leading Brillio’s sustainability programs and associated thought leadership and communications on a global scale. He played a key role in building the sustainability practice at Brillio and is known for his work on the award-winning CSR program called “Brillio Bringing Smiles,” which aims to help 1 million under-served children. Additionally, Abhishek leads the Carbon Net Zero and Neutral program, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and the Employee We Care program in all of Brillio’s global locations, including India, UK, Mexico, US, Canada, and Romania.
Abhishek is an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad, where he also served as the College Secretary and co-founded its Social Club, MADF. He is a certified ESG Professional by IICA.
He began his career with IBM and later worked for Oracle FSSL, where he was recognized for establishing the Customer Centres and Industry Relations function in India.
In addition to his professional role, Abhishek is actively involved in academia. He serves as an adjunct faculty member at Christ University, teaching Sustainability and CSR, and at IMTG (IMT Ghaziabad) and Nalanda University. He is also a member of the Board of Studies for the MBA program at Tumkur University. He is a consulting editor (Honorary) of Oil Sector Magazine HrVista by Indian Oil.
Abhishek holds prominent positions in various organizations and councils related to sustainability. He is the head of the ASSOCHAM South India Sustainability Council and has served as the Past President of a Rotary Club.
Recognized as an international speaker, Abhishek has been invited to speak at prestigious forums such as UNESCO, G20, LinkedIn, and more than 100 colleges worldwide. His work and contributions to sustainability thought leadership have earned him awards from organizations like Microsoft, ASSOCHAM, FKCCI, American Business Award, and NHRD He has also been recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Leaders.
