CHRO, Automotive and Farm Sectors of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Rajeshwar is the member of the Strategic Leadership Team and responsible for HR function of all business in the Automotive and Farm Sectors, globally.

Before his stint with Mahindra since 2006, he served as HR Head – Eicher Motors Ltd., and diverse HR roles with businesses like Jindal SAW Pipes, SAIL and Cement Corporation of India. He led the HR Function and involved in various Acquisitions, Partnerships and Alliances done by Mahindra , both domestic and international. He has spearheaded the HR Transformation journey of M&M including HR Digitization, Shared Services and HR Analytics.
