● Any Industry Leader                  NOTE: Max. 3 Authors per Case Study only

Note: Collaborative work of Academician & Industry Experts will be given preference

HOW to submit?

  • Case study of 2,000-3,500 words (Industry/Academia), & preferably with Teaching notes
  • Well structured, technically strong, on specific best / innovative practice is advisable.
  • Plagiarism check report with <15% and <5% AI (with Turnitin) must be submitted
    with Case Study: during submission by email: academiahrshowcase2026@gmai.com

ASSESSMENT by the Panel of JURIES

➢ The Innovative Best Practice Entries will be evaluated and assessed by eminent HR
Leaders and Academicians in both the rounds (Preliminary and Final).
➢ NHRD Academia Team of 14th HR Showcase will do screening, selection & editing
through blind reviews (by 2 experts)

 

PUBLICATION Opportunity:

➢ About 12-15 Best Cases Studies (selected) will be published as Edited Book with ISBN
➢ The Edited Book will be published by one of the reputed Publishers i.e., Bloomsbury Publishing India Pvt Ltd; or Sage Publishers; or PHI Learning Ltd with ISBN
(depends upon quality of Case Studies received & their value, after review process)

 

RELEASE OF EDITED BOOK:

● Title of the Edited Book: “Innovative Management Practices in Industry and Academia” (tentative)
● Edited Book likely to be released in Inauguration Ceremony: 4th Dec 2026, 14th HR Showcase
● One hard copy of the Book is given to Authors (1 copy/case study) as complimentary
