Dr S.Jayaraman graduated in mechanical engineering and is a post graduate in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He holds a PhD from Aligarh Muslim University.
He has over 25 years of corporate experience in various industries namely automobiles, construction, Iron and steel, and IT services. He has handled responsibilities ranging from sales and service, project management, commercial, Quality and Human Resource Management functions at the senior level in various organizations. He has been associated with the ISB&M group since the year 2003.Currently, he is the Advisor to the International School of Business & Media, Bangalore. He has been teaching various courses in human resources management and organizational behavior to post-graduate students for the last 22 years.
